Booking Terms

General

You must be over 18 years of age.

All bookings made must be made in writing to our email address enquiries@acstravel.co.uk.

If booking airport transfers we will require a copy of your flight confirmations to ensure flight information given is accurate. If you provide us with inaccurate information you maybe liable for additional charges

All bookings are only valid for the journey stated. Any return pickups must be booked and quoted separately, and our driver will arrive 40 minutes after the time of your arrival to give you time to clear security and baggage.

We are unable to carry animals, with the exception of guide dogs, without prior agreement.

We have strict no-smoking policy in all vehicles in accordance with private hire licencing rules.

Our drivers will use up to date satellite navigation systems to decide on the most efficient route on the day.

We reserve the right to refuse to take any passenger who is suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and poses a threat to the driver or other passengers

Clients will be held responsible for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of our vehicles, extra charges will be levied to make good any damage or any valeting required to restore the vehicle to full working order

All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent/carer

Child seats are to be provided by the client, and it will be their responsibility to install it. We are able to look after any car seats whilst you are holiday with prior agreement.

Delays

Whilst we endeavour to get you to your destination on time. Adverse traffic conditions and other incidents such as, unpredictable traffic hold ups, adverse weather conditions and strike action, beyond the operator’s control may cause delays. We will keep you updated should a delay arise. We we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances out of our control, that cause you to miss your flight or other onward connection.

Insurance

All carriers are insured in accordance with legal requirements which include . All legal liabilities to third parties to include damaged property and personal injury. The carrier’s maximum liability to you for loss or damage to luggage is limited to £500.00 in total. Liability for such loss will only arise where the carrier has been negligent.

What type of information do you collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;
